Dacho has extensive experience as a tennis player. In Yugoslavia, he was ranked in the top 10 as a junior player under 16 and 18. He went on to graduate from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia with a B.A. in Physical Education. As a professional tennis player, he competed on the ATP circuit for five years as he participated in numerous satellite, futures, and challenger ATP tournaments all over Europe and the United States, reaching qualifier finals and main draw matches. For two seasons, Dacho played in the European Tennis League, one of the most competitive professional leagues in the world.

With his extensive experience as a tennis player, Dacho has been able to make a successful transition to coaching. He earned the Yugoslav National Tennis Coaching Qualification and he is currently a USPTA Certified Coach. Dacho has gained a wealth of teaching experience at a number of prestigious tennis clubs including The Macci Tennis Academy in Miami, Florida; The Westside Tennis Club in Forest Hills, New York; The Newport Beach Tennis Club in Newport Beach, California; and The Beverly Hills Country Club in Beverly Hills, California.

Dacho has been a guest player in many charity tennis tournaments, and at the same time he has also organized and run numerous charity tennis clinics at highly distinguished and respected Tennis Clubs throughout Southern California.
